The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the much-awaited NEET results on June 04, 2018. Deeksha has performed exceedingly well for admissions to BDS and MBBS courses across India. Our students Medha Sharath, Vikram Ram Rajagopalan, and Ranjan BS got all-India ranks of 213, 336, and 450 respectively. Medha has also got the fourth rank in Karnataka. In addition to the top ranks in the all-India level, 340 students (still counting) from Deeksha have qualified in NEET 2018 entrance exam.

Speaking on the special occasion, Medha said, “I studied NCERT textbooks to get my concepts clear. I followed my teachers’ instructions and it is because of their patience and guidance that I have managed to score such good marks. The eDUCATOR app at Deeksha was very helpful and made time management easy. For NEET aspirants, I would suggest them to focus more on physics as that is the subject where questions may get tricky. However, having said that one should not neglect chemistry and biology.”

An aggregate of 13.36 lakh students had signed up for the exam — a whopping 16.49-percent increase from the previous year. Out of this,12.69 lakh students gave the test and 7.14 lakh cleared it successfully.

Impressed by the results, Dr. Sridhar G, the founder of Deeksha said, “We are delighted to see the exemplary performance of our students in all the competitive exams. NEET is considered one of the toughest competitive exams. However, the dedication, determination, and perseverance of the students exhibited through the year have been instrumental in driving them to the top scores. With other competitive exam results around the corner, we are hopeful of many more achievements to be added to our legacy.”

The NEET was conducted on May 06, 2018, across the country in 136 cities in 11 languages.
